Chelsea Clock has kept time for the U.S. military since 1899, and few relationships run deeper than ours with the U.S. Marine Corps. Before World War II, Marine Corps clocks were time-only, nickel-plated brass instruments built around Chelsea's Model K movement. During World War II, brass was needed for ammunition. Chelsea rebuilt the clock in phenolic resin and remained an important supplier to the Corps throughout the war. Today, that history continues with our officially licensed U.S. Marine Corps collection. It is offered exclusively on the Chelsea Ship's Bell, made in the USA and bearing the emblems of the Corps.
