The Factory Experience
Every experience we offer begins the same way — through our doors. This is a working factory, not a museum, and that's exactly what makes it rare. Here, master clockmakers still carry forward a craft most of the world has forgotten, using knowledge passed down verbally from one clockmaker to the next.

Spend a full day inside the factory that's kept American time since 1897. Tour the heritage archives, meet the master clockmakers who still carry the trade forward, and build and personalize your own Chelsea Clock — engraved, tested, and certified before you take it home.
Ideal for collectors, yacht owners, executives, and anyone marking a milestone worth remembering.
An immersive five-day program for collectors, enthusiasts, and lifelong learners who want more than a tour. Gain exclusive access to our factory, archives, and restoration workshop, and learn the fundamentals of horology, clockmaking, restoration, and preservation directly from our craftsmen. Graduates leave with a Chelsea Restoration Certificate — a recognition of personal achievement, not a trade license.
