Watch Chelsea Clock on FYI's Home Factory, June 13th at 10pm!
Want to know what makes a Chelsea Clock tick? The FYI network and its new how-it’s-made homewares show, Home Factory, peeked behind the curtain at our original Everett Ave. factory in search of the secret behind 100-plus years of clock making magic.
When the show airs at 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, viewers will be made privy to never-before-seen details of how our classic Ship’s Bell clock comes to be. Burning questions will finally be answered, like where the seven-or-so pounds of solid brass hide in every timepiece, how many of the movement’s 364 parts are hand assembled, and why we don’t need to rely on such fickle elements as batteries. (Now if only Tesla could run on a Chelsea clock...)
Check your local cable provider for listing information and tune in on June 13th at 10 p.m. to watch your favorite craftsmen create America's fines timepiece.
