Chelsea Clock Featured in Boston Magazine
For more than 40 years, Boston Magazine has covered the culture, people and business of the city. So, of course, Chelsea Clock was truly honored to be featured in the magazine's Winter 2013 "Best of Boston" edition. For those unfamiliar with the history and traditions of Chelsea Clock, the article provides a wonderful glimpse into our 115-year history. Additionally, Chelsea Clock CEO, JK Nicholas, articulates his personal perspective of the company and reveals the origins of one of his favorite Chelsea pieces. Beyond our timepieces, Chelsea Clock is about people. And perhaps no one better exemplifies this than 60-year employee Jean Yeo, who is featured in this latest article. Jean has seen more first-hand history of Chelsea Clock than perhaps anyone on the planet. Jean's facinating life history is detailed in our 2011 blog post which, if you have not read it, I would urge you to do so.
Of course, Chelsea Clock is in the business of keeping time. But for those of us who have made Chelsea Clock a part of our everyday lives and hold these timepieces in high regard, we also know that Chelsea is about marking time and preserving history. We are extremely pleased to have been included in this prestigious publication and wish to thank writer Lindsay Tucker and Boston Magazine for capturing the spirit of Chelsea Clock and sharing it with others.
